CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. GENERAL

Virtucate VR Ltd is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from booking with Virtucate VR Ltd. Late cancellations have an impact on our service quality, for these reasons, Virtucate VR Ltd, has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

 

  1. FULL PAYMENT

Your booking is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments are completed online via Stripe, after you have made a booking for your VR session with Virtucate VR.

We do not reserve VR sessions without full payment.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have booked your VR session with Virtucate VR. The email serves as your confirmation of your booking.

 

  1. CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email or online. Please note that refunds will only be processed if 7 days’ notice has been given by the person/organisation who made the booking. If 7 days’ notice has been given therefore a full refund will be processed in the original form of payment.   1. REFUND POLICY

 Refunds will only be processed if 7 days’ notice has been given to Virtucate VR prior to your booked VR session. Any requests for refunds made inside 7 days of your booking no refund will be issued.
